E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which is provided with all the shared hosting plans, will help you to forward any email address inside the account to an alternative one without difficulty. You can do this either throughout the creation of a new mailbox or any time later on if you choose that you require this feature. During the process, you will be able to decide if you want a backup of the e-mails to be maintained on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you will avoid the possibility to lose a message if the forwarding is to an external address, which can be temporarily unavailable. This option can be enabled and deactivated at any time, and if you use emails for essential matters, it is best to use it, since no records of the emails will be maintained on the server when the option is not enabled. In case you determine that you don't need forwarding anymore, it will take only a mouse click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address located in our system can be very straightforward if you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and it'll not require you more than several mouse clicks to set up. This can be done in the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the emails are going to with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for each of the mailboxes in your account. You could also activate or deactivate a helpful option that we have - a backup of the messages being relayed through our system can remain on the server.
